Welcome to the Department of Public Policy

The Department of Public Policy (DPP) is located on the University of Connecticut's Greater Hartford Campus in West Hartford, CT. The department is dedicated to the highest quality research, teaching, and service in the areas of public policy, survey research, and public administration.

DPP offers two masters degrees, the M.A. in Survey Research (MSR) and the Master of Public Administration (MPA); two graduate certificates, the Graduate Certificate in Public & Nonprofit Management (PNPM) and the Graduate Certificate in Public Financial Management (PFM); and an undergraduate minor. Our programs offer the closeness and support of a small campus coupled with the resources of a top-notch public university.
